Filled with only Fig sweetened with cane sugar.

A ripe, tender fig is weighed down with its own syrupy liqueur, which tends to drizzle off its base if you wait too long to eat it.


All coyotas are hand made from scratch and cut to a 5 in diameter before baking. Shrinking may occur.

Ingredients

CRUST: WHEAT FLOUR, VEGETABLE SHORTENING (100% EXPELLER-PRESS NON-GMO PALM OIL), CANE SUGAR, SALT, EGG WASH.

FILLING: FIG, CANE SUGAR, CITRIC ACID, SODIUM METABISULFITE.

CONTAINS: WHEAT, EGG.

Toasting Instructions

REFRIGERATE OR FREEZE AFTER OPENING

Comal/Skillet: Toast each side to preference.

Toaster-Oven/Air Fryer: 350 degrees 2-5 mins *Baking parchment recommended.

Toaster: Set 2-5

After toasting, remove from heat. Cut in half. Let cool for 90+ seconds. Do not leave pastry unattended while toasting. Your equipment settings may vary.

CAUTION: Pastry will be hot.

All U.S. orders will ship Mondays, sometimes earlier. We use USPS Ground Advantage. In most cases, 3-Day Priority. EU orders, 8-12 Days using USPS. Some breakage will occur the further the package travel as the package passes through many centers and hands before reaching the final destination, east coast in particular. Purchaser is responsible for incorrect address provided. Carrier will return items to the shipper (Coyotas Sonora). Extra fees will be needed for new delivery of your product.  All sales are final.
